Evergreen Family Medicine was approached with the idea of combining their Family Practice with Roseburg Women’s Health for a new medical center in an existing building. The facility was constructed in 1975 for the State of Oregon and is a 2-story wood framed building with a total building area of approximately 30,000 sf. The remodel focused on the entire interior space to accommodate a family practice and medical residency program, with updates to the exterior siding. The design goal for the interior renovation is to create an environment that reflects the experience and

aesthetic of the existing Evergreen Family Medicine in Roseburg. Similar colors and textures were used to harken to the space and character of the other facility. The use of wood, large windows, and soft colors creates a light, inviting and comfortable environment for the patients and practitioners.
