Originally designed by De Unthank FAIA in 1968, the Nova building is in need of updating. We are working with the owner, the local utilities, and engineers to modernize the mechanical systems in the building as well as designing an exterior face-lift.

In an effort to bring the building down to street scale, we show several schemes of signage, adding color, green screen plantings, lighting and awnings.
