This student housing project is arranged around an open courtyard on top of a parking podium. 5-stories tall, the complex has 35 units and 122 bedrooms. It has been designed for modular pre-fab construction process to streamline the construction process and conserve resources during construction. The street-level floor houses a fitness center, rental management office and coffe shop.
