Marcola Meadows is a master planning mixed use project located in Springfield, Oregon. This project is an ongoing collaborative effort between engineers, architects, landscape architects, and developers, and includes:

• Different development styles, from local community retail to large scale retail; single family, detached and apartment housing types

• Various independent neighborhoods each with their own identity, yet still relating to the overall style of the development

• A storm water system that incorporates a series of wetlands and urban parks that wind through the entire development and tie everything together through pedestrian walking paths
